We are currently looking to increase our sales & account management team with few sharp Sales Executives who have a high desire to make a real impact while reaping the rewards that this brings for all! The successful candidates should ideally: come from a background in Digital / Media, possess strong written/oral communication skills, have a track record of achieving high levels of revenues and have a yearning to work in cutting edge technology & design.

ROLE

Create strategic business development plans to grow a personal pipeline
Business to business sales to targeted leads (face to face & telephone)
Drive outbound lead generation and sales activity across the agency
Cultivate relationships with decision makers
Respond to tenders & creative pitches
Convert prospects to new clients
Account management of self generated marketing clients – As well as leads supplied via the agency.
Work with technical project managers & creative teams to ensure a successful implementation
of projects across multiple departments
Reporting to clients and head of Sales.
Personal charisma and outgoing confident nature
Capability to identify business opportunities,
Organisational skills, ability to prioritise and deliver results

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years sales experience within the digital industry or an advertising/agency
Degree Level Education.
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and time management.
Ability to understand the services we offer and match these to clients needs.
Ability to target pricing to clients budgets.
